Silicone: Recommended for its unmatched flexibility silicone is highly temperature flexible (-112F to 482F). Typically used in medical applications, Silicone is available in many different colors and thickness variations including custom and pantone color matching. Temp Rating: 482° F / 250° C
Teflon (FEP): Products made with FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) are known for their excellent chemical resistance, high service temperatures (392F) and superior electrical properties. Low-temperature durability and flame resistance make FEP a popular choice. Temp Rating: 392° F / 200° C
Teflon (PFA): More temperature resistant than its FEP counter-part (500F) PFA, (Perflouroalkoxy) has superior flame resistance; low- temperature toughness and stress crack resistance. Temp Rating: 500° F / 260° C
Tefzel (ETFE): The superior mechanical durability combined with high-energy radiation resistance makes Tefzel a great choice even for the toughest applications. The majority of grades are rated for uninterrupted exposure at 302F. Temp Rating: 302° F / 150° C
